I love illustration (anime/manga and cartoon mostly, but I'm ok with almost every style) and I want to visit some fairs about the topic, I know we have some comicons time to time, but I want to see more about that world in here.

I've been here in az for over a year but I miss messing around and talk to other illustrators.

Hi, I'm new here.

I usually dream dreams that are pretty detailed (so I woke up tired always), and last night I dreamt with something I've never dreamt before; I has a young adult again, and for some reason I was late to my first day of school, but this was a "magical" school (no I don't like harry potter nor watch any magical school theme stuff), the thing was, I was a new student so at the entrance they asked me which magic I was studying, I ask how many kinds of magics they teach and they say over 300, so I answered that I was new and that I didn't know anything about magic.

I was with my wife (we were both students but she was in there before me), and she says that she knew the right person who can help me, so she runs to look it up to that person.

Then, the person appeared, and was an old lady, with glasses, white hair, skinny and very tall. She told us that the way to know about ones magic, was through a simple test; we needed to put my middle finger (without the rest of the han touching) in a plate with water and a substance that's was gelatinous (kinda looks like rice), and wait a little, so in glass full of water, the water would show a color, and in base of that color, the lady would search the meaning and assign the magic we must study. There were another student who did it first, it was a boy, and he received a shiny turquoise color, and he was so happy because he knew what does that color means.

Then it was my turn, the old lady told me, the water will show me the color of my true desire in life, so the magic would choose my path for my inner desires. I was super nervous because not even I know what I want in life (I'm 30), so I did the exact thing they told me, and the water on the glass turns bright red. The old lady looks at it, and make a face of horror, then she calmed herself and told us that we were going to make the test again, tomorrow, and the she put everything in the garbage. I asked my wife what was that and she simply winked at me, so we left.

Once we were at our home, I asked again, and she told me that magic was made of a metal (I don't remember the name she said in the dream), and that metal when touch water, turns a bright red, so she thinks I must be touching the water wrong or something. But I asked her again, what does bright red means in magic, and then she puts a very serious face, but when she was about to tell me, my alarm start to rings and I woke up (frustrating).

So... anyone knows what this could mean?
