Anyone else think this is one big marketing ploy
Context: Mikayla reviewed Covergirl’s Yummy lip oil, she used it on her cheeks and gave it a bad review because it wasn’t pigmented enough. Covergirl “clapped back” but now everyone is saying Covergirl is in the wrong because they clearly marketed this as a lip and cheek oil but then changed it to just lip oil.

Ppl are becoming so disengaged
I’m in a study group and I keep trying to engage with others but I am met with crickets and silence. Someone kept writing that they didn’t feel comfortable with the material and felt they were going to fail. I offered to go over the material with them since I’m in the same boat. Nothing, no response, no reaction emoji, just nothing. Then the next day she repeats the same thing. I decided to respond again and got nothing again.
I have expressed in the group about being nervous about test and got no response. I’ve asked questions or tried to present questions to get engagement amongst the group and got nothing. It’s useless. We’re all just sitting in a group chat for no reason. I feel I’m getting closer and closer to becoming disengaged myself.

People who don’t upvote or thank ppl
I pretty much stopped giving advice or explaining things. Someone will ask a question and you’ll give them an answer and they will straight up ignore your comment.
I know it’s just “internet points” but sometimes I’ll go out of my way to Google things to make sure I’m giving accurate information. Some ppl pose questions as if they are desperate and need answers, so I try to be helpful. I just don’t get not even clicking upvote or even responding a simple “Thanks”
