Not looking forward to trying to fix this. Don’t even know where to start.

T598 crashes LMU immediately

Any ideas on why? I’m running the latest firmware for both base and wheel, my T598 works fine on GT7 PS5, and LMU loads fine without my wheel attached. But if I try to load LMU with the wheel attached it instantly crashes out, and if I load it then boot my wheel it does the same.

I’ve tried all different ports and connections, uninstalling and reinstalling LMU fresh, but nothing seems to get me anywhere. It first happened when I was troubleshooting a no FFB issue yesterday and was playing with the in game settings, then hasn’t got beyond the game loading page since.

A little rockery transformation

We moved into this place a few years ago. The garden is huge and we’ve had so much work to do inside (a full renovation) that certain parts of the garden got ignored and went pretty wild. Brambles over 2.5 metres tall were in this area at its peak.

Fencing was done by professionals in the autumn. Over a couple of weekends my wife and I dug all the soil over, created a new tiered system for this area, put a new membrane down and rebuilt all the walls (with a few adjustments such as the bottom left corner). 800kg of stone barrowed over from the driveway and we think the transformation is incredible.

The old coal store next to the steps was falling down by itself so we sped up the process and used some of the stones for decorative and functional purposes in this new rockery.

I originally tagged it as grafting thinking that related to hard graft, then caught my mistake 😅 I’d guess around 24 work hours went into it in total.

What’s the trick here then? I’d like to avoid hammering it on if possible but I don’t see any other way at the moment. I’ve had the sprocket in the oven at 150°C for an hour but it just loses the heat far too fast and ends up getting stuck before even going by the guide pin. I’ve also got freezing spray on the crankshaft. Just not happening.
