Pillow and mattress recs?
I have went through soooo many pillows and the mattress if firm and still im hurting. Anything pillow or mattress related that makes your aches and pains subside?

Zinc cream
I am currently on Tremfya (2nd dose). I was also given betamethasone to slather on any spots that may peak through while my body figures out the Tremfya is trying to help lol
My doc also said to try zinc cream. Do yall have one that you like? Is it ok to use both? Or is it one or the other?

Comorbidities
Just curious… how many ladies with PsA also have PCOS/PMOS? Or what all ailments do you have with PsA? I myself have psoriasis, PsA, IBS-M, fatty liver, and PMOS/PCOS.
Forgot to add Sicca, and DDD/Cervical Spine Stenosis.

Electrical Panel weakness in wall?
I just bought my first house and am at my wits end with it and borderline regret it. We have lived here a month and it seems like when we fix one thing another thing breaks. We had to add dishwasher hook ups because it didnt exist, the stove caught on fire, had to buy a new one, the water heater is at the end of its life, so have to get a loan for $5000 for a new one, the ac is on the way out and isnt even hooked up on the left side of the house, its set at 76 and never cools, we have to replace insulation and the roof is leaking im sure. This wasnt super apparent when we bought it. The house is from the 1950s they hooked up the AC and supposedly updated the electrical panel but its still older. Now theres cracks in the wall and idk what to do. I have no money to fix this. Help!!

Finally Dianosed!
So I have been dealing with issues of various kinds for 6 years. Joint pain, no swelling until the last month or so, elevated CRP and ESR, two positive ANA, SI joint pain, GI appts for IBS (looks like crohns but tests negative on one biopsy), brain fog, fatigue, rashes... I have been seeing the rheumatologist for it and told them about my foot rash I have had for a while. I have also had it in my hairline and on my butt crack (very embarrassing). They finally sent me to the dermatologist who diagnosed me with psoriasis today. He immediately called my rheum and since there was joint involvement they are treating me for psoriatic arthritis. I am HLA negative so it has been a BEAR to try and get anything done. I am being sent for a TB test and then they want to start me on Cosentyx. Any advice or comments on what to expect from here? I am sad but glad as well. I can finally begin treatment and get better!

Who do you talk to?
Hello all! I am 41 and have cervical arthritis, arthrosis in my hips, and DDD. I have some sort of undiagnosed autoimmune disorder that is still in the middle of being figured out. I am experiencing a really bad flare of bad pain from my hips up to my neck. Lately, I have had a weird head tremor that isn’t painful. I am also experiencing blood in my stools and abdominal pain. I am a nurse and was hit by a patient so hard in September of last year and it’s been down hill from there.
So who do I go to? I have a doc appt tomorrow with my GP, but should I also talk to my rheumatologist and GI doc as well? I am so confused on who to go to. Oh, also have a neurologist appt that’s not until September…

TCL wont sit in window properly.
There id a lip on the window that hits the metal bar on the ac unit, preventing it from sitting properly. Does anyone know a fix or work around? Otherwise we will need to return it and get a portable unit :(

3rd visit to rheumatologist
Is this acceptable to give the doc when I see him next month? This is my third visit and I have been at this trying to get answers for 6+ years. He said he forgets so I thought I would put together a cheat sheet for him. Officially diagnosed with DDD and osteoarthritis, but I believe there is more to it. My back pain and hip pain have gotten way worse. I am just tired of hurting.
