There’s a lot I need to preface before I talk about what happened.

1. I’m not trying to pull a fast one like Toby or the girl who pretended to be Tara Gillesbie to promote her weird book. This is a real thing that I found genuinely an hour ago, and I don’t know what to make of it.

2. I will have to be purposefully vague and withhold information due to GDPR laws. Love data protection, but it makes things complicated.

So. I have a summer contract with a public body in Ireland. Part of my job, on Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays, is to send out correspondence to customers across the country.

One of the letters that I had to print out this morning, was addressed to a “Tara Gillespie”. As a chronically online nerd, I immediately noticed the name. However, I noted that it could be confirmation bias as I’ve been following this mystery for a few years now and always thought that her family going to “Dubry” was not Dubai, but Dublin.

Also, I was very skeptical, primarily because it sounded too good to be true. So I checked our system.

According to the system, she’s the same age that MI Tara would be right now (34) and would have been 14/15 when the Fanfiction was published.

I’m not going to doxx her or give anyway any of her contact information, because GDPR and also it would just be a shit thing to do, but it’s a very VERY strange coincidence and match up.

Hey, I’m a film student who’s currently gathering pieces of equipment for my final year of university and I’m looking for something specific.

I currently have a tripod for my camera, and a ringlight/stand for my phone that films both landscape and portrait.

BUT, is there a way that I can either get a tripod (or tripod attachment) that gives my camera enough support to film vertical/portrait content? Just so I’m not sacrificing quality by just filming with my phone camera.

Sorry about the cringe pun. As a follow-up to my previous ask on here, do people in 2026 still like point systems that determine how characters interact later on?

I'm very 50/50 on whether or not to include a point system for certain characters in what I'm working on right now.

I'm trying to get back into writing/re-writing my previous work. I have a story outline but want to know roughly how long the average episode user wants each episode of a story to be (just to help divide up the major plot points).

I know some people like ten minutes, some people want closer to a half hour, some people don't care. Just want to get a small focus group there.

My partner loves that stupid bear so much and wants to watch the show. There was a bootleg of the full thing on YT but it’s gone now, did anyone get a copy of it? It would mean a lot.

Since dried flowers now spawn around beeboxes, has anyone been able to get memory orbs from them?

I’ve watered about 20-30 of them and haven’t gotten them, so I’m not sure if they’ve changed the drop rate. Keep in mind, I have gold energy and a potion on my watering can.

During the quest where we watered the honeypots, I got 2 orbs, so I’m wondering if they’ve tweaked how the system works like they did earlier this year.

Its coming up on one year since the conclusion of Storybook Vale and none of the tool skin packs have been updated for the net. Do we think they ever will update it?
