I grew up in South Florida in the early 2000s, and I have vague memories of a game where you would do various educational based minigames, like I remember one with balloons and a clown. The most distinctive memory is a part of the game where you can select a color, and each color has a character associated with it, and they would say a phrase when you pick their color. Like purple would say "Royal Purple" in a British accent, or red would say "Candy Apple Red" and blue was a surfer guy I think. Its killing me because I have friends who also remember playing it but we can't remember what its called.
