Should I buy a Sur-Ron Ultra Bee from Alibaba or a local dealer?

I’m considering buying a Sur-Ron Ultra Bee next year, and I’m trying to decide what makes more sense.
On Alibaba, I could get one for around €4,300, while a local dealer charges roughly €7,500. The big advantage of buying locally is that I can register it and legally ride it on the road. If I buy from Alibaba, I wouldn’t be able to register it, meaning I’d technically be riding illegally on public roads.
The price difference is pretty huge, though. What would you guys do in this situation? Is paying the extra €3,200 for a road-legal bike worth it, or would you go with the Alibaba option?

Locked out of deleting Instagram / Meta account because recovery email no longer exists – any solutions?

I’m dealing with a really frustrating account recovery issue and I’m hoping someone here might have a solution.
A while ago, I created an Instagram account for a business I used to run. I connected it to my personal Facebook account and also linked a business email address to it. That email was created through IONOS when I registered a domain for the business.
Since I closed the business, I deleted the IONOS account and no longer have access to that email address.
Now I’m running into a serious problem:
My Instagram account is still linked to my Facebook / Meta Accounts Center
The old business email is still set as a recovery/verification option
Someone seems to have accessed my Facebook/Meta account and added an additional Meta account that I don’t recognize
Whenever I try to remove or delete anything, Meta sends a verification code to the old email address that no longer exists
Because of this, I cannot remove, unlink, or delete the Instagram or Meta entries at all
I also don’t know the password anymore, so I can’t confirm anything manually
I’ve tried:
Meta “Hacked account” flow
Instagram recovery options
Facebook login identification
Trying to update or remove accounts via Accounts Center
But everything eventually leads back to the same dead-end: verification sent to the old email.
Right now it feels like I’m completely stuck in a loop where I cannot prove ownership because the only verification method is an email account that no longer exists.
Is there any working solution for this?

Has anyone successfully recovered or removed an account in a situation like this?
Any help would be appreciated.
