Catholic Church Avoids Legal Responsibility Again

The Catholic Church in Australia, which for a time avoided paying compensation to victims of child sexual abuse because of the Ellis Decision where it claimed it had no money because all its assets were in a property trust, has also tried claiming that priests and brothers are not employees, and is now claiming that it is running out of money.
