Any rules document for building a headquarters inside a single building, or, in other words: "small scale" domain building?
I'm looking for rules that cover managing a headquarters. Most rules that touch this (Demesne and Dominations) for example) are mostly about large scale domains, warfare and building strongholds. I'm looking for something more small scale. My players have bought an empty building in a town, and I want them to start thinking about furnishing it with facilities like beds, chests, a pantry and maybe some workshops like an alchemy lab or a smithy or something.

FYI: The Duke of York wrote down more than a 1000 names for hunting dogs in a 15th century manuscript in Middle English. I will ctrl-f the shit out of that list to see if Eggman used it for the hounds in that first-look image.

In general: the quality of the Savage Sword stories seem really hit or miss. The Roy Thomas/De La Torre stories are phenomenal, but others are... less phenomenal.
