Dads and men 50+, what are gifts you’d actually enjoy?

I’m trying to figure out gifts for dads and men in the 50+ age range and I feel like it’s harder than it should be. Stuff like ties, socks, or generic gadgets feels kind of… meh.

I want to get something my dad would actually use or genuinely enjoy, whether it’s practical, fun, or something that sparks a hobby.

So, what are some gifts you’ve loved receiving or would actually want at this stage in life? Any recommendations for things that aren’t just safe but actually thoughtful?

How often are you using rlt for hair loss?

Been dealing with hair loss lately and I recently started trying red light therapy. I’m still pretty new to it and I’m kind of confused about how often I’m actually supposed to use it.

Part of me wants to use it every day because I keep thinking more = better, but then I saw some people saying using it too much could be counterproductive or maybe overstimulate the hair follicles. Now I’m second guessing it lol.

For anyone here using red light therapy for hair growth, how often are you doing sessions?

I know some people that treat GEO like it’s just SEO for AI answers, but it feels like a different mindset shift entirely.

SEO was mostly about ranking a page and getting the click. GEO feels more about how your content gets interpreted and reused inside an AI response. It’s less about position, more about clarity, structure, and whether your ideas survive being compressed into a summary.

What I’m noticing is that pages don’t really rank in the same way anymore in some contexts, they get sampled. Parts of them get pulled, rewritten, or merged with other sources to form one answer.

So the question becomes less “how do I rank?” and more “how do I become a reliable building block for answers?”
