The Tertiary (third level) level of Education is divided into 2 sectors; VET & "Higher" Education. Why then in NSW when you finish the Secondary Level of education (ie High School Year 12), you get a "Higher" School Certificate (HSC), makes no sense.
Sooooooooo....you're telling me, one can be in secondary education and get a HIGHER school certificate, before you even get into HIGHER Education. Whoever choose the nomenclature needs the cane wrapped around their knuckles 😛

A history question for you old School people, in the Australian Construction Industry.
In NSW between 1989 to 2004, before the General Construction Induction (White Card), NSW had the "Green Card" under WorkCover. Does anyone have a photo of one, as I cant seem to find any?
Do you remember if it was made and issued by the training company, or by WorkCover (just like it is now, except their called WorkSafe)?
Im interested in the history.
