Finally got an Ahole customer

This customer lived in a busy street there was no where to park and I asked if she could meet me down stairs. She insulted me and threatened to have me fired. I did call message support and sent them screenshots. Support canceled the order for me. I ended up turning off the app and going home. Why do people act like this?

UberEats pro

I lost gold status because my acceptance rate is 17%. Now I cant go online at all, the app tells me to select times but there are never any times available. How am I supposed to increase my acceptance rate if I cant go online? I was gold status since January, my acceptance rate hasn't really changed so not sure what happened.

System error

I got an $18 order, something went wrong

$27, something went wrong

$34, something went wrong

$19, something went wrong

In between each order I tried logging out n back in, force quitting the app, uninstall and reinstall. Finally contacted support they suggested trying all the above, then said sorry for the inconvenience but there was nothing wrong on thier end. After contacting support finally was able to accept an $18 order.

Im so mad, that $34 order was only 4 miles. Ended up only making $40 for the 4 hours i was out

No Parking

For the love of god, if you know your apartment complex has no parking then do select "leave at door". I live in The Bay area and there are a lot of apartment complexes that have gated parking garages and no street parking. My options are park at a near by shopping center a block or two away or park in a fire lane. I cant do the first because I am disabled and cant do long distances. And I refuse to do the second one. I will not risk getting a ticket for your $2 tip. If you know your apartment is like this meet us at the curb and get your food, its not that hard to be a decent human.

What is going on with the distance being more than shown in the offer

The 1st order said $28 for 15 miles. I accepted total milage came out to 34 miles. The second order said $15 for 10 miles. I accepted and it ended up being 21.88 miles. What is going on with the app. I cherry pick my order to ensure im getting $1-2 a mile. I would not have accepted these if the actual milage was given. Is this happening to any one else?
