When i’m an adult can I become attractive with surgeries to fix my flaws?

my lips and eyes(NCT) are downturned at rest giving me a sleepy appearance at rest. My ears stick out too much. My eyes are way too fucking far apart 😢. My lower facial third is very short giving me an unbalanced look.

I wanna know if there’s hope to become an attractive adult with surgery or I should accept my poor face as permanent

Surgeries I wanna get as soon as i’m old enough, share yours

• canthopexy — will make my eyes positively tilted which is more attractive
• Lefort 7 — my lower facial third is way too short this should fix that
• Fat Grafting — makes your face leaner, ideal bodyfat % for face is 8-10% but that’s very hard to maintain, so getting fat grafting makes your face leaner relative to the rest of your body so you can have that super lean face at 15% bodyfat
• Corner lift lip — make my lips upturned because right now they’re downturned which gives me a sleep appearance at rest

Do you think when men are insecure about their appearance it’s usually accurate to reality?

Do you think generally when a man thinks he is ugly and is upset about it, he is in fact, physically unattractive?

Have you ever met a guy who seemed insecure about his appearance who you found to be attractive?

Assuming it’s natural looking and not noticeable, would you be turned off if you found out a guy you were seeing uses makeup to look better?

I’ve seen some guys online using douyin makeup and they’ve improved their face card by a lot, even though their makeup isn’t noticeable

This study also shows makeup can enhance male attractiveness just as much as female attractiveness

So, I’m considering using such products to look better and in turn, have more romantic success

If you found out a guy you were seeing did this would you be turned off because it’s kind of feminine?

How can I overcome my fear of romantic rejection?

I’ve never expressed romantic interest in anyone out of fear or being rejected, but I know eventually i’ll have to overcome that if I wanna form a relationship.

What advice and/or insights do you have that you think could be useful?

Im already a little insecure about my appearance and I feel like if I do get rejected it’ll only worsen my self image and make me feel hopeless and ugly

How often is it that you aren’t physically attracted to a guy at first sight, but it develops when you see how he behaves?

Also when/if this has happened, what behaviors did you notice in the guy(s) that got you interested them?

Estimate my bodyfat %

14M, 5”8.5, 140 lbs

I have leaning down for the past month, my goal is to reach 14% bodyfat and I want an estimate of my current % so I can construct a realistic timeline

This is all at rest, i’m not sucking in my stomach

When a guy is asking you out does his confidence actually matter in your decision?

To be honest, I've never dated or even asked a girl out. I am a bit of a data-obsessed rationalist, though, so I want to maximize every lever so I can be successful with women.

I've looked into dating advice, and a lot of the stuff I hear for dating as a man is "be confident," but I've always been skeptical about the validity of this. Is confidence really a significant factor in whether or not you'll give a guy a chance? It seems like it wouldn't be, because if you find a guy attractive, you're gonna say yes even if he's a stammering mess; conversely, if you simply aren't into a guy even if he's as confident as a mathematician doing kindergarten addition, you're still probably gonna turn him down.

But I don't wanna just speculate on my own; I wanna hear the views and thought process of actual women
