What’s your “can’t live without” pocket inserts? I just got my Botany Green and I love it! I think it’s the perfect size! I use field notes inserts but kind of want a calendar insert and ect. What sizes fit the best in the pocket GV? Whats your favorites?
I’m a 911 dispatcher and recently built a SaaS called WatchRelay for public safety agencies.
It helps dispatch centers, sheriff’s offices, police departments, etc. manage things like shift handoffs, scheduling, acknowledgements, and day-to-day operational information in one place.
I’ve gotten it far enough that a sheriff’s office PSAP is currently piloting it, and the feedback from the actual dispatchers/supervisors has been really positive.
My problem is getting it in front of more agencies.
I’ve been doing cold email, LinkedIn outreach, calling agencies for contact information, etc., but marketing/sales is definitely not my strongest skill.
I’m not looking for someone to sell me a $5k/month marketing package. I’d genuinely like to connect with someone who understands B2B SaaS, GovTech, public safety, or selling into government organizations and might be interested in helping an early-stage founder figure out the go-to-market side.
Whether that’s paid freelance help, consulting, advice, or potentially something more involved if we work well together, I’m open to talking.
