What are all the components needed to replicate Baja Warrior headlight system

Gonna put a predator 224 in it, and experiment on it with belt drives. I know I can just do a battery setup. I don't want to. Anyone with a stock warrior, if you could show me your lighting components, be great thanks

my $250 purchase yesterday

Neither ran when we bought em. My buddy also got a 6.5hp vanguard briggs for 20 bucks. he said they're shit tho with plastic internals and blow rods for no reason. mm80 engine is blown up, but got the blue one to run. And his vanguard runs. Looks like an unc just took stuff apart and didn't put it back together. Like the rear tire/wheel on the ct200u is on backwards.

What have you guys done to have multi speed minibikes?

Thought it would be cool to see what the community has built if they have at all. Just put pictures of whatever you have custom built. I know you can use 5 speed peerless, you can have 2 clutches and a one way bearing sprocket like in the picture etc.

It would be similar to this guy's design but with some changes and would fit behind the engine and not next to it. Apparently you can't put links in the post anymore. How helpful! It will be in the comments somewhere. Oliver Motorized on youtube.

Unlimited VW Buggies

I made the maroon one today, and the orange/yellow one yesterday. Yesterday's was inspired by the Rickman's car from "Baja: Edge of Control", but today's is from my brain. They are based on the VW Unlimited Class of Baja racing, where to my understanding the rules are they have to somewhat resemble a Beetle and be inspired by the classic Baja races of the past but with heavy modifications. The last pictures are real examples. They usually use a very long travel Link Pin front suspension inspired by vintage beetles and swingarms for each rear wheel. The engine and transmission are very far to the rear.

The yellow one has monster truck tires because I had made the body super detailed and realized truck tires are way too small lol

We need heim joints

Imagine the suspension designs that could be made with one block that pivots a little on 2 planes and all 360° on one. would be a 1x1 with connection points all around with a ball in the middle with a connection point on either side of it. idk thought it would be interesting.

Does anyone know what this is?

Something Traxxas obviously. I got it as a gift from my uncle and haven't messed with it. There's random loose wires and bolts missing and all 4 tires have bad ball joints or whatever the RC equivalent is. And some sort of mods going on. idk RC much at all. Just asking what's there, what's missing, anything. so thanks in advance

Words a Wisdom for Column Shifters

Just telling anyone who has recently bought or may want to buy a 3 speed column shifting truck. Be careful on that thing. If you get mad at it or even don't treat it too gentle, if you push when it doesn't want to be pushed, whatever, the tab will shear off of the shifting tube. I have re welded it once a year ago after i broke it, because i was just yanking on it over weeks to shift instead of fixing the problem. Then I took it in to get aligned and the fella hadn't driven a column shift in a while and broke the tab off again.

I know how to take apart the steering column better than anyone else at this point so I fixed it myself. But I wish I didn't have to. Sometimes you have to granny shift in 1st or reverse (clutch in, shift out of gear, clutch out, clutch in, shift into gear, clutch out) and you just have to deal with it instead of beating on the poor thing. Also its stainless steel and i don't got no stainless steel wire for my Mig but she holds babeh

Pictures are of first repair, I just finished the second one not nearly as pretty. Forgot to take pictures

Removed the grease with a screwdriver and simple green and planned to regrease when installing other replacement parts. Turns out this big gear has a few teeth worn smooth so probably should replace it. And to grease the bearing i need to remove the chuck.

Milwaukee 1000rpm Compact Hole Shooter

The reverse thread screw is out. That is not the problem
