Flights to Paris

I’m looking for a flight in late May from Atlanta to Paris. I’m willing to reposition although I would love to fly out of Atlanta - especially because there are so many damn flights from ATL. I’ve set my alerts and nothing comes up. Do we just need to luck into getting a deal?

My Helmet Collection!

Expensive hobby. All authentic. Goal is one day have every helmet the team has donned going back to when they wore leather.

Anyone else have a Gators collection (doesn’t have to be in a football) of something they focus on?

VSF Rolex No Date Sub 124060

I asked the dealer for a couple videos that I didn’t get. The first I wanted was a short video of the watch attached to the Timegrapher. I got a picture. The second was a video of it being wound. Steve provides these two types of videos and I think they add value. Should I push back with the request or that’s too much?

  1. Dealer name: Ethan Watch
  2. Factory name: VFS
  3. Model name (& version number): Submariner (No-Date), Ref. 124060.
  4. Price Paid: $470 shipped
  5. Album Links:
    Dealer Link
    Imgur Link
  6. Index alignment: 12, 3 and 9 look good. The 6 looks off but it could very well be due to the watch / photo not being straight.
  7. Dial Printing: looks clear and crisp.
  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: no date.
  9. Hand Alignment: The hour and minute hands appear correctly aligned.
  10. Bezel: seems ok to me.
  11. Solid End Links (SELs): The SELs appear flush with the lugs with no visible gaps.
  12. Timegrapher numbers: rate of +3s/d, an amplitude of 286°, and a beat error of 0.1ms.
  13. Anything else you notice: The photos to assess the index alignment don’t look to be 100% straight on and above and to be fair it’s probably difficult for them to take that kind of photograph but should I ask for another and ask that it be placed as straight as possible and the picture taken in a locked mode so there isn’t movement? Idk I’m brand new at this.

ITOT and IVV

I’ve always held the vast majority of my money in these two ETF because I had a friend a long time ago who said to set it and forget it. It’s been in these funds coming up on two decades now. Then I came across Bogleheads recently and I see almost everyone talk about doing using funds like VOO and VTI which from my cursory research my IVV compares closely to VOO and ITOT is close to VTI.

Should I change to the Vanguard funds? My entire portfolio is at Fidelity of that matters. Thank you very much.
