How to clean bamboo cooking utensils?

I was given Pampered Chef bamboo spoons years ago. I use one spoon more than the others and now it has visible staining. I don't know if this is moldy or just discolored. The discolored area smells just slightly musty/damp, but nothing really bad at all. Can it be fixed? If so, how do I fix it? What's the best way to clean them after use? Thanks!

Should I transition this Monstera to semihydro using leca?

I have custody of my brother-in-law's monstera after I confiscated it when it was nearly dead. I got it in October, but the pictures 4 &5 were from February. It's only ever been growing in water, and has been very happy. It took quite a few months to initially recover, but has put out two leaves since then. The problem is, it's outgrown its current pot and I have a bag of leca that I've never used before.

My questions are: Can I / should I grow it in leca now? How do I go about doing it? If I do go with semihydro, do I keep the water level above the roots since that's what it's used to? Or do I keep the roots above the water and let the capillary action do its thing? Any and all advice and comments are much appreciated!

I've used boob tape for years, I can't live without it at this point. I'm a 36/38 DDD (US size). I strictly used GoodLines but I haven't been able to get anything from them since they randomly dropped off the face of the earth. I really loved the 4" wide roll of rape. I had been rationing my tape use, but I eventually ran out. I was in two weddings last year so I tried out another brand of tape. If I can find the brand name I'll edit the post, but I definitely didn't love it. The roll was only 3" and I really didn't like the adhesive, it didn't feel nearly as secure as GoodLines did. I had to use a lot more to feel secure. It got the job done but it isn't one that I want to use again unless I absolutely have to. I recently saw an ad for NOOD boob tape, but looking at the cost knocked the wind out of me. I like the options they have online, but is the cost actually worth it? Is there another brand that you would recommend? I know this gets asked a lot, but I couldn't find anything on NOOD specifically. P.s. if you haven't tried boob tape yet, it's a game changer and I highly recommend it!

My sister is gluten free so I'm used to baking gf desserts. But I'm going to a friend's party and others there will have dairy and nut allergies. What are some good gluten free, dairy free, and nut free desserts? Bonus points if it's a simple recipe because I don't bake often. Thanks!!
