26yo looking for career advice

I'm 26 and I work as a Formwork Yard/Project Manager for a concrete construction company. I currently make 75K salary with a bonus around $3,500-5,000, 5% matching 401K, insurance, dental, paid phone and gas. I have a lot of room to move up and make more money no doubt, 100K+ salary, but my problems are the location and people I work with.

1st Issue: My company mainly hires immigrant workers from Guatemala/Mexico which I have no problem with. It's very frustrating try to explain how to do something work related and not have the exact words for it as Spanish is my second language. I speak a lot of Spanish, not fluent, but I struggle to feel a sense of comradery with my coworkers. I know it can be dangerous having friends at work, but I want to at least feel more connected with coworkers and dealing with this 10 hours a day is very draining.

2nd Issue: Being the "yard manager" obviously I work in a dirty dusty yard. I'm tired of all the dust in my nose and not having the same equipment as the project managers in the office. I really would like to move into the office, but at my position its not realistic.

I want to try to become a Project Manager, but not sure how to go about it. It will be difficult for me seeing as I don't have a college degree. On the bright side, I have 4 years of experience being the Formwork Yard/Project Manager and 2 great references(my boss is really chill and would refer me even while I work here). I don't know how realistic this is because of the college degree and only 4 years experience, but it would be my preferred choice seeing as I'd be in a office and doing the job I currently do more or less.

Do you think this is realistic and smart? What other jobs/positions would my experience be valuable to? Any other tips or tricks to help a young man figure out what he wants to do for the rest of his life?

What would you do if this was under your ownership?

Feels like a decent team. I’ve definitely made a few draft mistakes but nothing to destroy the future. Any recommendations?

Best path to take starting out

Looking into becoming a lineman and was wondering what the best path to take is. I currently work in construction for the past 5 years and am wanting better pay.

I'm questioning whether is smarter to apply to SELCAT and try to get into union, or if its just better to get a Groundman job and work my way up. How realistic is it to get selected with SELCAT and how long is the average wait till accepted?

If you were starting day 1 with no experience, what steps would you take to become a journeyman?

Owner opinions on R9?

I have a 2025 ZX6R and am thinking about trading it in for an R9. Mainly, I want cruise control and auto-blip, but the rest of the tech is nice too. I'm uncertain of how I'll like the CP3 engine because I love inline 4s. What are the things your love and hate about the R9 and would you trade a newer ZX6R for the R9?
