A couple years ago, I accidentally reset over a shiny Poipole, but it’s been redeemed!

My #1 goal before Bank’s closure is to shiny hunt every newly available shiny in the Alola games, so I need to hunt another one to evolve.

I’ll have to reset my US cartridge to do the second hunt, but that’ll also give me the opportunity to hunt Partner Cap Pikachu and a second Type: Null (I’ve still got the encounter in Sun to hunt), so it needed to happen anyway.

A couple years ago, I soft reset over a shiny Poipole. As I’d been hunting it on and off since release year, that really stung! And now, I’ve finally redeemed myself!

That said, I now have to do this hunt again if I want both stages for my shiny living dex (and more importantly, so I can fulfil my goal of getting every gen 7 shiny within gen 7 before Bank ends). I plan on restarting US to hunt all the one-off encounters I’d already obtained on both versions.

Bumblebee has taken on an appearance based on the Bumblebee Power Spark toy, though with some notable creative differences (e.g. he's regular size). I didn't expect any of the ES designs to show up until season 2, so this was a pleasant surprise.

I’ve already had to deal with 2 other Energon Surge toys having quality issues (a CC Megs with a misassembled bull head and a CC Bee with a shin that wouldn’t stay on when bending the knee), and this is the most egregious. I didn’t have any issues with a single one of the prior year’s Cyberworld product, so either I’m getting unlucky or QC is down.

UK’s currently experiencing a heat wave.

Typically, HW Colour Shifters need to be dunked in hot water to change colours, but it’s been hot enough for Tracks to attain his regular colouration without.
