I’m trying to nuzlocke every game in a row, starting all the way from Red. I’m currently on Yellow in the Elite 4. I had my Nidoking miss a Surf against Bruno’s second Onix, luckily Onix has terrible attack so Nidoking easily survived an Earthquake. Now in my battle against Lance, I lead with my Jolteon only to miss Thunderbolt on the first turn of the battle against his Gyarados. Luckily Hydro Pump did less than half, and Jolteon killed it the next turn. But I hadn’t seen the glitch occur at all in my two attempts at Red, my two attempts at Blue. I did also have it happen in the Silph Co battle against Giovanni with a Surf missing against Rhyhorn in Yellow
