I have made a pen plotter, and the servo works hard.
It's an sg90 servo with plastic gears.
The servo needs to work hard, by do 90 degree cycles again and again.
The power supply is an old phone charger of 5v 2a.
The problem I am getting is, when it's run for a long time, the servo heated up and stops working.
What should I do, for a long term solution?

I was researching about wall plotters recently.
They are mostly suspended on strings, belts or wooden sticks.
Wanted to make it, but could not find a clear way and the general problems.
This question has been asked in order for me to solve it.
It can be a requirement of a product or service.
But something which does not have a perfect solution.
Not like, good mechanics,etc. As these problems cannot be solved without a great investment.
We are looking forward to solve a commen problem, which can be solved.

The plotter stops automatically...
I have tried different device to send gcode, different softwares, and different gcodes.
It stops at a random code, idk why
Please help!
