Please suggest a college preference list with branch for 29500 rank

From which I should take admission Comdek (29500) (GM) or councelling through JM rank (189500) (category OBC NCL) like uptac, jac chandigarh, jeceb??

Maine front mein digilocker wala upload kardiya download karke aur back mein marksheet ka both side scan karke. Approve hojayega ya kuch mail karna hoga??

1. Is comdek college worth it at 29.5k rank if I have to take a loan of 10-12 lakhs.

2. Can I get CSE AIMl at CMRIT or cse allied, is it a reasonable decision or should I go with ece at sit, bit (if comdek is last resort).
