Super skinny people claiming they eat a LOT

Do you guys typically believe these people who claim that they eat a whole bunch of food? Idk if u guys came across these kind of people but, I dont think their bad in what they're saying, but from my experience ive met a few, and went out with a few, and thats always some bs..super small portions( 1 or 2 slices of pizza, dont finish the burger, dont eat dessert or just dont finish, etc..) ..

Not really a big deal I'm just always thinking, bs. I understand some skinny people do eat good and have a fast metabolism but why do I always notice some bs lol..are they trying to make me continue to actually eat a lot while they stay skinny or whats the deal wit that lol.. not at all hating I'm just curious if people know what I mean..ultimately I know what I should and shouldn't be eating to keep fit like them

Binge coming!?!!?

I started my dieting (eating clean/a lot of walking/20-30min cardio daily/very little 5-10min strength training 2/3 times a week) June 1st. It's now august 12th. At the end of June I made 3 batches of healthier banana breads that I love and packed them in the freezer for snacks when I want a treat, figuring ive been working hard to finally deserve these treats. Down to 1 more loaf in the freezer as ive been enjoying my treat.. all is well and coming along as planned.

Not sure what made me buy some candy the other day but I bought some jolly ranchers/lollipops (big bags) because candy has always been my favorite. For these 2 month, the amount of added sugars in my diet has been extremely low so I thought no big deal..lets see of i can still have candy while eating clean daily...had 1 jolly rancher 1 day.. 2 days later another 2. Next day a lollipop🍭 ..today, 2 lollipops...got home for dinner and ordered out, steak/chicken/shrimp fajitas dinner with rice and beans..not the worst (one of my go 2s when I am lazy to cook) ...

Now after being stuffed full bloated and everything, taking a walk, opening my doordash app again and searching desserts.. literally have a 60$ bill for cookies/cakes and banana pudding...while being bloated.. I can taste the lollipop on my tongue still and thats after brushing +dinner....idk if it is the candy I had today or the fact that I slept 3 hours last night without being able to fall back asleep before work in the morning. ... slept 3 hours the other day as well...but i didn't binge that day, sure has affected my energy though.. is it the candy or sleep or both????

I have not yet pulled the trigger and ordered that delivery for dessert but I am about to..how bad will this be for me if I do this and what should I do when I do????ive had this in the past where this was the downfall, trickle down effect where it killed everything and gained everything all back and went back to eating w.e it is i want.. this time around ove been the best o have been with diet/exercise and relationship with food so im thinking I'll get back on track tomorrow and going forward!? Help :( also how can I post progress pics as I am fairly new here

Substitute banana bread for my 3 daily eggs ok?

I'm trying to cut down on eggs as I consume them daily to meet my protein goals because apparently they can be the cause of these nasty breakouts I'm getting on my face while losing weight! Making it so hard to keep on pushing through with this healthier eating lifestyle. Skin overall with my diet has looked a lot better but I'm getting these nasty cystic pimples or however u call it out of nowhere ..

I have these banana breads I made recently that were meant to stay in the fridge until August (3rd month of dieting) . My favorite treat.... but im thinking I will just start making it an everyday thing since I'm going to try and cut out eggs to see if it will help with my breaking out.

Been making this banana bread for years:

2 or 3 bananas - 2-300calories

2-4 tbsn Natural peanut butter - 8-16g protein 2-400calories

3/4cup plain Greek yogurt - 16g protein 90 calories

3/4cup rolled oats - 7g protein 225 calories

Chopped walnuts- 5 g protein 225 calories

1/4 tsp salt - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs (whoops, might have to change that now..) 12g protein 150 calories

1tsp baking powder - 1/2 tsp baking soda

And Il throw in frozen blueberries from time to time. Also half of an avocado at times

Just rough estimates for the 🍞

1600 calories - 50g protein

I cut loaf in 4 slices and freeze them ..pretty large sizes, which is what i require when it comes to my b 🍞

400 calories - 12.5 g protein per slice, roughly...dont really know how to track like that,.. all that other good stuff..

I understand if it fits within my calories than it's ok, just like people say about fast food and other stuff, but right now I'm going damn near all out with diet/exercise so I'm trying to put mostly goodness in my body..

This a bad substitute for one of my meals of the day? Probably dumb question idk
