Hey i dont know if this is the right sub for asking but im gonna try.

I live in a small subburb in sweden and i dont know if HIV is big here.

But i had a childhood friend who became criminal and a drug user. Hes very weird and up all the time, fighting and gets to prison, when i see him.

I see him maybe once a year but we only say hey how are you and things like that. I feel uncontalbe around him.

But something happend like 4 months ago i got poked but someting when we shaked hands in my finger. Ive did a HIV test after a week. But asumed i was negative becuase they didnt call back. But now its 4 months later and i feel very weird. 1. No apetit 2. Low in mood. 3. Bruises around my arm and leg. 4. Hairloss 5. Loss in weight. Dizziness.

Im verry afraid of doin a test again abd hope its nothing.

Should i do a test just becuase?

I m on 5mg V for 11 years did not take it regulery at first, but after after some months, i did. Im tryin taper to 2.5mg, every day idk how and how long i should. I have no appetit, feeling weak. Heart palpalation, takyardi. Insomnia, intrusive thoughts, dizzy, cant think straight. Memory issues, ive been tryin quit CT many times im not feelin myself like i used to before all this, i were 19 and now im 30. Please someone help me and guide me idk i dont know much about these drugs, 😪😪😪
