Jackson Soloist Pickups Upgrade

This was my first big guitar. I remember when I bought it 12 years ago at a really low price. The prices were not as high as they are now. The quality is outstanding.

But... I really don't like the pickups. I play a lot of rock and metal, but it seems really weak to me, and especially the two single coils are so different from the JB. Is it just me? What do you think I could put in?

I take this opportunity to also ask for the year of production of this guitar, I am very curious. I didn't understand how to get back up from the code. U00787

Hello everyone, I’m looking for advice on my situation.
I am a 34-year-old male, thin and athletic (180cm x 68kg).

I practice basketball and some weights and free body training.

The day after a game, not the same day… a very strong pain appeared, in the area of the long head of the brachial biceps. In fact, I couldn’t raise my arm, especially with my palm facing upwards and mostly on the scapular and frontal plane. With my thumb down, “empty-can” style I had no particular pain. After a few days the pain had subsided, and had changed. But I continued to play, and now I find myself after the last game 2 weeks ago, with a different pain that does not improve, and makes me functionally powerless.

NOW:

  1. the pain when raising the arm is no longer there, but there is if I always do it with my palm up and against resistance.

  2. I have a lot of pain instead in the extra rotation of the humerus, if I do it with the arm above 45 degrees and the elbow at 90 degrees.

  3. the pain increases a lot if I find myself with my torso tilted: for example, if I find myself lying on the couch with the torso at 45 degrees the elevation of the arm is much more painful, especially with the elbow at 90 degrees and in extra rotations. As if I raise my arm when I’m bent forward with my torso (example: I reach for something on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

  4. I have also noticed other situations in which it hurts: if I lean with my forearms on my legs, while sitting, and put the weight on it.

  5. At rest I have no pain, just a feeling of warmth. Sometimes this radiates to the forearm. This, however, is in the tendon area of the long head of the biceps, anteriorly, not on the area of insertion of the supraspinatus muscle to be clear.

I’m a little worried, because usually my body solves things on its own, but this seems to be the same every night and every day that passes. Any exercise, even light (eg: isometry with arm along the body only seems to get it worse)

What do you think it could be? Which structure is involved?

P.S.: I’M NOT LOOKING FOR A DIAGNOSIS, I’M AWARE THAT IT’S UP TO PROFESSIONALS IN THE SECTOR AFTER AN IN-PERSON ASSESSMENT. ONLY OPINIONS AND ADVICE
