U parvum

Ive been dealing w pelvic pain and urethritis for 7 years. Took random abx such as cipro doxy+azi twice. Probably the first time I teinfected myself or I wouldn't know anyway as I had sex w wife soon after. I went to urologist and wqs tested negative for everything via microgendx in the beginning however my wife just tested positive for UP. I did 10 days doxy+azi. 24hrs after the doxy my symptoms came back. I cant take moxy due the qt interval as I have an arrythmia. What should I do now? I feel like im screwed for life at this point

Confused

Ive had urethritis for about 6yrs now. Every test was negative. Finally my wife tests positive for UP. Could this be my proble.? Ive taken doxy+azi twice to no avail through the years while staying abstinence. Im very confused if this is non bacterial cpps or what. Its driving me insane

Treatment

I took cipro years ago while unknowingly positive for mgen. How likely is it that it will be resistant to moxy? Its already resistant to macrolides and I cant get the flouroqyinolone restant test.

Doxy question

Ive had mycoplasma for about 7yrs. When symptoms started they said it was non bacterial prostatitis. I just tested positive a week ago. Started taking doxy 4 days ago. I still have symptoms. I took doxy 4 years ago for an unrelated reason and symptoms disappeared. I got the "thats because doxy is anti inflammatory." Anyway is it normal to have ongoing symptoms on doxy? Does it mean its not working?
