Trying cbd gummies due to my high stress level

Lately I feel like my brain’s been permanently stuck in work mode even after the day ends. Like constantly overstimulated and exhausted at the same time :( I usually default to too much caffeine during the day (3-4cups of coffee daily) and doomscrolling at night that makes my insomnia worse.
I recently started experimenting with Cornbread cbd gummies for stress at night, it's only been 2 days but I slept earlier and less anxiety before sleep as well. Still figuring out what actually works for me, but curious about other people’s experiences with CBD for stress. How did it work for you? and does it affect you in the long run?

I'm not asking from a legal perspective, more the emotional/relationship side of things. Did it make things feel more secure/grow your relationship? Also has it ever been useful in real life outside of divorce, like during disagreements about finances, big decisions, etc?

Currently considering it and trying to understand how it actually plays out in relationships :)

tl;dr Curious on how prenups affects relationship and plays out in real life

Hi all, I’m currently working on building more visibility through media mentions, articles, interviews, etc, and trying to understand what helps the most for EB1A. If you've gone through this (especially outside traditional STEM/research backgrounds) what type of media features helped the most?

Thank you!

Hi all, I just read an interesting article about using AI to create differentiated lesson plans (basically using AI to adjust content, reading levels, activities, etc for different students automatically). I always have students who need different approaches to really understand the material and I hate seeing them fall behind just because the way it’s presented doesn’t really fit the way they learn. But realistically it’s almost impossible to customize every materials.

For those of you who’ve tried this, does it help them significantly to learn better? and does it feel like it helps you connect better with your students? I’m thinking if I use it mainly for prep, it could free up more time to give students more attention in class.

Apart from using AI, do you customize materials for some of your students who learn differently, any tips?

I just finished a short course about integrating visual arts into regular lessons and I’m trying to implement some of it in my class. Basically the idea is using things like drawing, analyzing visuals, or create something to help with memory, reasoning, and understanding.
I don't have any art background but I think this would be good for some of my students that don't really engage with traditional lessons (get bored easily).

Has anyone tried this before or have simple ideas on how to make it into a fun activities? 😄
And did it help to get them more engaged?
