Imagine this, you are hired by WotC to write an adventure module for Mystara. What would it be about? What thing would make it specific for Mystara?

If the WotC suddenly decided to publish Mystara for 5.5E, what would be retconned pretty fast?

I guess they would not mention Glantri Wizards perform vivisection on living dwarves. 😂
