Do you guys think it’s worth it? Or should I just buy a new one?

Should I ask for a raise?
I’ve been working as an MLS at a small hospital in my town for 3 years now, I have only received 2 raises, like 20 cents each. I am responsible, I never call off or give any problem. I am proficient and work by my own both, day and night shift. (We rotate). We have been short staffed for a while now and consistently working overtime. Next week I have to work 5 12hr shifts in a row.
I feel like my pay its not “great” at 30.6 dlls/hr
Should I ask for a raise, or you think my pay is fair.
I live in south AZ.

Fit check
Just got this arizonas in 40.
A couple of weeks ago I ordered them in 41, but returned them because I felt they were too large and wobbly, but now that I down sized, I’m wondering if I made the right choice.
I usually wear 8-8.5 sneakers/shoes

I just got this arizonas in 39. I normally use 8.5 US shoes and I think i made a mistake, I ordered this number because i checked the size chart but i never realized i saw the women sizes.
Any way, does these look right? Or should I exchange them for the “correct” number, which is a size 41
