Cancer diagnosis

Got a cancer diagnosis chat tomorrow with the consultant, terrified doesn't come close. If its bad, I'm wondering if I should refuse treatment and let the inevitable happen and not prolong the suffering to myself and my loved ones. I saw my late wife go through prolonged treatment, it was horrible and the outcome was the same. What are people's thoughts?

Where do you start

Whilst I have a 55 y/o "dad bod" I don't have any issues being naked, but I've no idea how to get into naturism in the UK Im not to sure I could just go to a beach and strip off, but how does one start. Any help appreciated

Is over 50s dating just FWB or are there real relationships out there?

Seems to me dating over 50 is more about FWB than a real relationship, tried several times to get a meaningful relationship but FWB is that women want. What are your thoughts and experiences?
