application result

I just want to share my application experience with Optum because I’m really sad and disappointed with the result of my application.
First, I had my initial interview and background interview. After the interview, I was endorsed to the assessment stage, which consisted of three assessments. I was informed that I passed all three assessments.
After that, I proceeded to the final interview. During the interview, my recruiter mentioned that they were looking for someone who does not have plans to work abroad and who intends to stay with the company for a long time. To be honest, I really don’t have any plans to work abroad, and I am looking for a company where I can stay and build my career for a long time.
After my final interview, I was informed that I had passed all the stages of the application process and that I just needed to wait for the team’s final decision.
However, yesterday, I received an email informing me that my application would not be moving forward.
I would really like to understand why I was not considered for the job offer, especially since I have extensive experience in customer service and healthcare. It is really sad and disappointing for me because I genuinely expected that i already passed!
I don’t know exactly why I wanted Optum so much, but I truly saw myself working there for a long time. I was hoping to become part of the company and grow my career with Optum. but with this result, i am very saaad :(

Need to go abroad for higher salary as a nurse

hi asking lang po if allowed ba na mag nursing assistant na lang muna sa US or Europe then doon na ako magtatake ng exam like ielts or nclex? kasi i really need to go abroad na dahil di talaga worth it sahod ng nurse dito sa pinas. magcocollege na kasi dalawang kapatid ko next year and ako lang ang inaasahan. or anything na way na mas mabilis ang process para lang maging nurse or N.A sa ibang bansa.
