Return to the past plot hole?

I've been watching the series from start to finish. Currently half way through season 2 and im wondering if I missed something. At some point they stop using the Return to the Past function cause it makes Xana stronger. However, ever since the episode where Ulrick uses it to win the lottery, they are just fine to keep using the function?? I feel like I missed one of them saying oh it's fine now. Can someone help me fill in what im missing?

Using Azahar and Artic Base to stream capture

Just like the title reads im hoping i can use these 2 apps on my modded New 3ds XL to stream to my friends on discord. But without getting too into it ive noticed that there is alot of stuttering and weird audio glitching. For example going in and out of a battle in Pokemon Sun and Moon has a longer than normal loading and the audio starts to sound stretched. Is there something in either app that could help fix this? i dont want to have to get a capture card installed on this ds if i dont have to.

thanks

Steam Store not directing to Developers properly

not sure if this is meant for this subreddit but my question was immediately taken down on the official steam sub, but every time i want check out other games a developer might have made, I'm directed to the Publishers pages on steam!!! Take South of Midnight, developed by Compulsion Games and Published by Xbox. When i click the blue text to see what else Compulsion Games has made, BOOM XBOX and Halo and Fable and Gears of War.... am i missing something?? i dont want to have to type the dev name into the search bar if the option is suppose to be built in. Please help me understand!!

Steam Machine and Elgato Capture Cards

So i got my steam machine monday. Turned it on, set up was very easy and the updates didn't take long. The steam controller pairing was a bit clunky but it's all good now. Anyways, I decided to hook it up to an Elgato capture card so I could stream the games and the performance/UI stuff to my friends on discord. Well..... turns out that if you have any Elgato 4Ks that can do 4k60 or 1080p at 120, the audio from the HDMI port does not work!! I spent 3 hours going all over the settings, using commands, and even doing a CMOS reset and nothing could get it to produce sounds from the capture card. Finally I swapped out the capture card with a Elgato HD 60x and boom full sounds and no more issues. What we think is going on is that the 4Ks is using HDMI 2.1 and since the Steam Machine has 2.1 hardware but the software for it isn't released, it's causing a conflict. Other than that, it's been great on several monitors and tvs throughout my home. Hoping they can fix this tho!

Do you think there will be or should be a minimum requirement to being able to purchase the new Steam Controller at launch? I remember the Steam Deck had a minor 2 week old account needed before purchase. I'm just worried if they don't require one or limit it to 1 controller per account that we'll have to wait and watch all these scalpers get them first and see these $100 controllers sit and rot for a scalper listed price of +$200.
