looking for kegel care app reviews from moms

so ive been seeing kegel care come up in a few threads and wanted to ask if anyone has actually used it. im 8 months postpartum with my second and my pelvic floor is not what it used to be. small leaks when i pick up my toddler, feels loose during sex, and i keep meaning to do kegels but never remember on my own.

my ob said i could try pt but with two under 3 that feels impossible rn. an app seems more doable if it actually works. how long before u actually noticed a difference postpartum? are the workouts short enough to fit in during nap time? worth it or just gimmicky. tia

Anyone tried the asian diet app? Worth it or skip?

Been thinking about signing up but want some real reviews first. Two things im curious about, does the meal plan get repetitive after a few weeks? Kinda worried about getting stuck eating the same 5 stir fries on rotation. Also how are the macros, are they actually balanced for someone trying to lose weight or are some meals way carb heavy bc of all the rice. Trying not to waste money on another wellness app that looks great in ads and disappoints once ur actually using it. If anyone has 2+ months in would love ur take.

Kegel care review from a woman in her 50s

Posting since kegel care ended up helping me with something i wasnt expecting. 51f, and for the past couple years intimacy w my husband just hasnt felt the way it used to. Not full on menopause dryness, more like my body wasnt responding the way it did before. Bought lube and mostly accepted it as part of getting older.

Started the app back in january for pelvic floor stuff after my last pap. Figured kegels couldnt hurt at my age. Did the sessions almost daily bc they run like 5 to 10 min and i could do them while making coffee or watching tv.

Around month 2 something shifted. Things started feeling more natural again, way less warm up needed. Didnt connect it to kegels at first but apparently blood flow down there is a huge part of arousal and i had no idea. Sensation felt stronger too, better control.

Only thing is a lot of the content feels aimed at younger women. Would love more midlife and menopause specific tracks bc our issues are different. But sticking w the app for now.
