How do i apply for upgradation??
i got 1.9 lakh in jee and got offer letter in electronics and computer science 128 but i want cse 128 so how do i apply for upgradation this was on my 5th priority my 1st priority was cse last year 2.5lakh gaya tha upgradation 7 tak huya tha and spot round me to 3 lakh ig but upgradation 5 me meri rank hojayegi but won't that be late like won't the class and all start??
