Can everyone tell me their most horrifying health story from Vaping

Im constantly going between two mindsets.
One is “so many people vape and smoke their whole life and have no issues, i’m fine who cares” And both my parents have been smokers their whole life and have never had health issues due to it. So i kind of have this idea in my mind that i will be fine.

The other one is that i am a MAJOR hypochondriac. Any little stomach ache, tough deep breathe, bleeding gum or sore tooth. I IMMEDIATELY think i have cancer from the vapes and im gonna die. It’s a spiral. and when im in this mindset i want to quit, but then it’ll pass and im back to being okay and continuing vaping.

I really really need to hear some horrifying realities of what vaping does to your body. I want to scare myself into quitting.

How do you move on and find peace after everything a loved one and their addiction has done to you?

Both my parents were heavily addicted to Meth/heroin/alcohol from when i was 6, I am now 22.
My father is still in active addiction, and my mother has been sober for 5 years.

I am extremely grateful that my mother was able to choose recovery. Her providing me with a stable parent has really helped my life… but

I am so so so resentful, and still struggling with my father’s addiction. I have so many issues. So many things wrong with me due to their neglect in my growing years and currently. It really only just dawned on me recently how messed up I am.

No matter what I try and not matter how much time has passed I CANT HEAL. I feel hopeless. I am so extremely resentful for what they did/do to me, and didn’t/still don’t provide for me.

Please can anyone tell me if they’ve found acceptance or healed from their loved one’s actions?

How do I get on top of my life!?!? Please help

I am so beyond run down and exhausted. I feel like people don’t understand that ADHD is actually paralysing.

I have zero motivation to do anything. I can’t get out of bed. I can’t stop wasting my time. My meds make me lose my appetite so i’m not eating properly. I haven’t washed my hair in weeks, because i just can’t bring myself to. I can feel i have zero nutrients in my body. I want to do so many things, but I JUST CANT!!! I am falling into depression over how hopeless and useless i feel.

I want to eat properly, I want to remember to take my medication, I want to go to the gym. I don’t know what to do.

I’ve tried daily planners, just trying to build a habit, visual notes around the house. Some days my meds really work and I can lock in and get a lot done. but 90% of the time, i can’t do ANYTHING!!

Please everyone tell me your best tricks and tips. Anything crazy or weird. I need help!! I want my life on track. I am so done with feeling like i can’t do anything
