Base sa mga ina applyan niyo guys pag ba bumagsak sa technical interview or mga exam interview lalo na sa programming wala nabang chance na makapasok pa sa company?

Any idea guys about their hiring process and the interview question/Technical interview/Exam?

Ano po mostly mga question nila during the coding exam po at pwede ba guamit ng AI or google at meron din bang time limit at kung sakaling hindi makapasa rejected naba agad?

Question:

1. Yung salary range ba na pino post nila is yan naba yung net pay talaga?

2. Pag nag tanung ba ng salary range through screening galing sa call tapos yung sinabi ko mas mababa sa posting salary nila do you think na isusulat na nila yun agad at mag tatanung kaya sila ulit ng expected salary through virtual interview?

Any advice guys nagkakaroon kasi ako ng speaking stutter di ko mabigkas yung mga salita minsan feel ko kasi nakaka apekto to sa pag apply ko lalo na sa interview inborn na rin yung speaking stutter ko

Pwede po ba magkaroon ng dalawang fulltime job to a different company?

Di lang development and dapat aralin pati mental health mahirap mag apply ng trabaho ngayun nakakasira na ng mentalidad, any advise guys or mga ilang months kayu bago na hired, may mga platform ba kayu na ginagamit sa pag apply ng mga jobs
