How should I read about Hindu mythology?

I'm in keen interest of hindu mythology.

I'm a Hindu, med student.

I want to start reading scripts, veds, literature, etc.

How should I start ?

How can I bulk up and gain muscle on a ketogenic diet?

I was on a traditional bulking diet before, like most gym-goers, and weighed around 68 kg (170 cm height) with a good amount of muscle mass.

In February, I switched to a ketogenic diet on the advice of my dietitian because I have epilepsy.

Over the last 4 months, my weight has dropped from 68 kg to 59 kg. I've lost most of my body fat, but I've also lost a significant amount of muscle. I've continued going to the gym regularly throughout this time.

To be honest, I've also lost a lot of confidence. I look much thinner and weaker than before.😭

I want to start bulking again, but I need to stay on a ketogenic diet for medical reasons. 🥲

Has anyone successfully built muscle while staying in ketosis, especially with an Indian diet? Any advice on calories, protein, training, or meal ideas would be greatly appreciated.😇

Thank you!

Life is been too harsh on me

M24 here.

Life has been too harsh on me in past few 4 5 years, and I feel at this current time, it's worse.

Here's a polished and grammatically improved version that keeps the meaning and emotional weight of your experience:

---

Took a two-year drop to prepare for college entrance examinations.

Experienced a persistent sense of loneliness throughout those years.

Had good friends, but they lived far away, making regular interaction difficult.

Struggled with recurring health issues.

2023

Secured admission to a semi-government medical college for MBBS.

In June 2023, I developed severe epilepsy, a neurological condition that significantly affected my life.

The epilepsy weakened me physically and negatively impacted my memory.

In October 2023, I met a girl in college.

2024

Entered into a relationship with her in April 2024.

Despite my health struggles, I tried my best to stay connected with my classmates and be socially involved.

However, a few minor conflicts with two people led to my separation from the entire group in July 2024.

My academic performance began to decline because of epilepsy.

The relationship went through multiple breakups and patch-ups during this period.

2025–2026

I received a KT (backlog) in a second-year subject, which made me ineligible to appear for the third-year examinations in the 2025–2026 academic year.

In March 2026, I started further medical treatment and a ketogenic diet to help manage my epilepsy.

In April 2026, the relationship ended, although we still remain in contact.

I have no close friends around me except my old friends, whom I rarely get to meet because of distance.

My physical health has continued to decline, and by June 2026, my body felt weaker than ever.

I constantly crave food, but due to dietary and health restrictions, I am unable to eat what I want.

My health situation feels like an ongoing battle with epilepsy along with various other unexplained health problems.

Loneliness has remained a constant presence throughout these years.

Lately, I have been experiencing feelings of detachment, loss of interest, and emotional numbness.

Overall

The past few years have been marked by health struggles, academic setbacks, relationship difficulties, social isolation, and persistent loneliness. Despite repeatedly trying to move forward and stay connected with people, epilepsy and its consequences have affected nearly every aspect of my life, leaving me feeling physically weak, emotionally detached, and uncertain about the future.

People told till may 2026 I have to suffer, but I don't see anything happening like that

M23, I lost 2 silver ornaments in a year. My mother scolded me for being careless and added that loosing silver is bad omen.

Then I searched online, some independent blogs say it is bad omen, some say it is good as bad luck gets away with it. (karmic related)

Is it true, and is it related to my chart?
