I’m so so so insecure of my chin. I have extracted 4 premolars fyi and my next ortho appointment is in 1 week and a half. I had bimax protrusion and overjet. I’m currently in the “straightening stage”. I was wondering i could get 1 ml ish of filler? Or would it be an issue. Thanks

I’m 20 years old and currently discussing braces treatment with my orthodontist. They recommended removing 4 premolars to help correct my overjet, but I’ve been having second thoughts after reading a lot of opinions online about extractions and facial changes.
For context:
-I still have 3 wisdom teeth and a total of 31 teeth.
-I may have Bimaxillary Protrusion.
-I’m concerned about how extractions could affect my side profile, tongue space, smile, and overall facial appearance.
I’ve attached photos of my teeth and side profile. I’d really appreciate any advice, suggestions, or opinions on whether premolar extractions seem like the best option, or if alternatives like expansion could be considered.
