I've set up an automation on Zapier.com that runs the following job search prompt every 4 days, and emails me the results. However it often ends up sending me links to jop openings that are either nonexistent, or closed (despite me explicitly telling it to exclude them). Or sometimes the job information that it extracts doesn't matcg what it says on the website.

I've set it to use one of the recent Geminis.

Has anyone else used an LLM for this? What might I be doing wrong?

Search the web for currently open, part-time, on-site electrician's mate jobs in <redacted>. Exclude roles that are hybrid/remote, or closed. Inspect the text of each listings webpage, if there is any mention of the deadline having passed or the vacancy having been filled, exclude it from the list.

Convert all listed application deadlines into ISO format (YYYY-MM-DD) before any comparison. Exclude any role whose deadline is strictly before today's date (YYYY-MM-DD). Do not assume a date is in the future unless the ISO comparison confirms it. If a listing has an ambiguous or missing deadline, exclude it unless the page explicitly states "applications still open"

Generate a list. For each found result, the list must contain the fields: "Application Deadline", "Expected Salary", "Expected hours per week, or FTE percentage", "Job Location", "Job Title", "Job Type", "Posting Date", "Job listing URL"

For the "Job listing URl" field, don't write the base URL of the website's jobs section (like https://www.xxxxxx.co.uk/jobs/); write the URL of the page for this specific job, that you scraped the other info from, along with any URL parameters.
