Does anyone do long work commutes in their bolt? For example my commute is 144 miles round trip and the range is 262 mile. Would it be reasonable for me to make a purchase on a bolt? I know I could make it home and since I live in Maryland I know the winter would affect range. I’m a sucker for compact cars and recently a sucker for EVs.
Due to immigration service delay I was out of work for months with no income and burning through cash to pay all my bills to the point I ran out had to use credit card to survive. In using the credit cards I could not pay them back in time so my credit tanked significantly and now I’m working again and paying everything back. I was selected to take the written exam and I’m worried my bad credit will disqualify me in the background check portion. If it comes up could I make an argument as to why my credit was so bad.
I just got notify that I will be able to take the written exam for the fire academy and although I am excited there’s a second part after the written exam which is an oral process. Anyone that’s been through the process tell me what it involves of? I haven’t heard of other agencies using a two step process besides written and physical ( cpat).
Why does it seem like they work on hungry shark world more than they do evolution. I also don’t get why wouldn’t they build on the evolution game instead of making another game similar to it with the exact game play.
Has anyone in the US purchased LGR glasses and added prescription lenses? I really like this frames but can’t seem to find similar style, so my option is to order the frames and have my lenses added. My other option is finding a reputable shop online that sells the frames and can add my prescription but I have never done that before.
Im in need for new glasses since my current one are bend up and my prescription changed as well. I like this style of frames but from I check they don’t make just clear lenses prescription lenses on sunglasses. I wanted to know if anyone has seen frames with similar style as these. I like the round style and the side covers on them.

If you need help with finding ticks I discovered or I don’t know if anyone else knew but if you use the magnifier app on iPhone and use the inverted filter you can spot bugs crawling on you. When it gets dark you can add the flashlight on the app so the inverted filter works better.
I recently been spotting ticks more frequently around my house and so now I do thorough check on myself and daughter before coming inside. The way I do is I use the inverted camera and flashlight on (using the magnifier app) and I can spot any small speck that are on her skin or clothes. I also use bug repellent and I purchased permethrin for the occasional walks on trails.

This is how I feel knowing I’m at 187 days and today USCIS is close for the holiday.
I need some advice. I have a 2 year old and I attempt to play with her all the time but I don’t know why she just doesn’t to do anything. I take her to the park where she can run around and play but most of the time she climb the steps and just stands there, she will go to the slides and just sit there and then not move. I tell her we can leave if she wants and gets upset but we go back she does the same. The same is at home we go outside, I taught her to ride her bike and she does well but now she gets on and just sits there and won’t peddle unless I stop pushing. I don’t know if I’m just not engaging her properly but my mind gets so overwhelmed I just bring her back in the house and then I feel guilty and come back outside in a few minutes.
I didn’t realize how difficult it is to ask for financial help from people because when they ask for a reason and you tell them they still ask why I’m not just DoorDashing or ubering. The more I explain the more they ask and get confuse. I didn’t think It was a hard thing to grasp. Anyway I still didn’t get any financial help.
Please if anyone could help me due to my work visa being delayed I haven't been to work since February. I can no longer use my credit cards to buy anything and my car is being repoed by this month. If I lose my car I won't recover since I live in the middle of nowhere and I drive an hour an 30 minutes to work. I'm beyond desperate for any help.
Hey so anyone that has been in my situation tell me what I can do? I have used all my cash up and I have used my credit cards to the point I can’t make payments on them so they locked them up so I cannot further use them. My car is about to get repoed this month and I have a two year old with me and no income. I have no family that helps and all I can do is see if I can get a personal loan with my terrible credit due to being out of work. If there is a different solution I would gladly take some input.

I guess my prediction may be true about the last two week of November being approved my June/July. We are less than a week from May and still seeing approvals from October and now they are doing approvals from January and February.
