What am I doing wrong?

TLDR: last few grows I’ve had nothing but issues like this. How can I avoid this with the least amount of money?

Edit: these leaves do this at all stages not just veg
I know genetics can be different, but my last 3 grows have all done this. Yellow leafs, and small plants. These are GSC, the first time I grew them they were huge bushes and now these are about 18in max. Is this just cal-mag issue? I started to reuse my dirt (just started) so I get if that’s why this grow sucks, I don’t add nutes and let the water sit for at least 24hrs before I water them, but I am not able to measure the PH. What are some cheap options I can do to avoid this for future grows? TIA

30year old beginner

I want to get into skateboarding since in my youth I was never confident to do it. What are some good boards for a beginner who is also 230+ pounds?

What set up (besides deck) is best for us older skaters who packed on the pounds, I want the gear that will hold up the best.

Local shops are non existent here in small town Midwest (2 hours to the nearest), so I have to order online.

Online class

This is my last class for my program, I just received an email from the professor that if I don’t send them a private message agreeing to their class rules, they will not grade my work. Can they even do this? I’ve already acknowledged the announcements on the thread, I’ve taken legitimately every single other class and not ONCE have been told to do this. Just seems weird and over stepping their role
