Hi everyone.I just got selected in kyndryl company with 24 lpa but location is chennai /bangalore.Now the problem is,I'm based out of Hyderabad like we kinda settled here since 10 years and have own houses(of emis).I resigned from my previous company due to poor health as it involved 3-4 hrs commute daily.Im searching for jobs since February.So currently I'm not able to decide as I'm mother of 2 kids 1st child is 6 years and second one is 23 months old plus also relocation is very big process as my husband also working in tcs and had rejected quote good offers due to same reason.Can anyone please help.
PS:Let me be clear I'm business analyst with experience of 8.5 years where initial 2 years worked as relationship manager at axisbank.Also Im not that proactive,I.mean whatever work assigned I will do , but not kind of star employee kinda thing.So i require your suggestions guys.I didn't say yes or no till now for offer but I want to join may due to good hike or unemployment.Please help me with your suggestions Well my husband was also bit sceptical.He was also saying offer is too good but he also confirmed that it's not feasible for him to work in either of the locations as the project strictly based on wfo from Hyderabad.
