How do people play Warwick in High Elo?

I don’t play Warwick but I find him really easy to play around at all stages in the game.

It might be because of my champ pool because I mainly play graves, Rengar but I don’t get how people win on this champ.

His clear is really slow so that you can easily out tempo him and you just don’t have to fight him 1v1 early if you don’t want to. He is really easy to play around in team fights with Slows and CC.

And when I lane I feel like it’s even easier to not give kills to Warwick as a solo laner because you can literally see the mark on your head. It’s not like other junglers where you can get punished for greeding because they have better gank set up and surprise you.

Counterpoint: He is fun though

Edit: My point is, people are obviously playing him and finding success in high elo, people are reaching masters with him and stuff, but what do they do and how do they play differently that allows them to climb using Warwick?

Honestly I can forgive everything else but the clear on Warwick is Abysmal.

Is playing bruiser graves right now abuse?

So I’ve been playing graves for a few weeks and I feel like the champ is just too strong. It took a while to learn him and get good at him because you really want to play to your limits with this champ.

I switched between bruiser and full damage graves depending on the game but mostly bruiser and it’s really really strong right now.

The thing is I’ve been playing this game for like a year and a half now consistently and I want to know if this strength is temporary. I’ve always avoided playing Meta and stick to champs that I enjoy because they always get nerfed.

I remember when Reksai was really broken and strong and I didn’t play it because I don’t want to play a champ that’s only strong for a patch, same thing when smolder and senna were turbo broken a while ago if you remember.

Is playing graves right now being a meta slave?

Why is Mel so bad right now? Is she weak?

I don’t play Mel and I used to ban her all the time but I don’t anymore considering she is rarely picked right now. When I saw she had such a low WR in all roles I was wondering what happened? She used to be good even when they nerfed her the patch after her release.

Is this a skill issue like Yone always having negative WR despite not being weak or is she just a bad pick right now?

Or is it like Mordekaiser Malphite where she is only good as a counter pick against certain comps.
