Thinking about a good background idea...

No matter what I do it crashes on that very specific part in the first screenshot. The crazy part is that there are no triggers or anything noticeable happening on that frame, but it crashes anyways.

I don't know what is causing it and this was going to be my first full scale project until it started crashing.

I think I am done with this part but if there are any last minute things I should add do tell.

I am not saying that it's everyone but it's definitely some who just go here to only criticize people with no advice to back it up on the gd subreddits.

People who do this really annoy me because they go here just to make the community more toxic than it should be.

I personally think that when someone posts a level, asking for advice, you should only be kind when commenting. You can give some constructive criticism, but mostly give words of encouragement to help them go the right direction. Because good levels are made from proper motivation and guidance.

I myself know that it's so easy to lose motivation on a project I poured a lot of time into. I have yet to make a good/rated worthy level but I still know the ropes when it comes to the editor now.

Of course I know that there are bad creations out there, but they are mostly just made by new creators trying to get the hang of things. So just be nice when you tell them that it might not cut it.

So my message is that this is not Hell's Kitchen, it is a rhythm game with sweet visuals and music that should be friendly to people who want to create levels themselves.

These pictures are some examples of the people who infuriate me.

1: I was just trying to find out how to make a parallax effect and I didn't even know what it was called when I posted the question. He said "Literally one trigger bro".

2: This person trying to say that their should be more variety without ever responding on what he meant. My layout had an ok variation of gameplay.

3: This dude. He just keeps going on and on. (The layout showcase was absolute peak btw)

4: I just wanted to know what I got right or wrong on my level layout and this person doesn't answer that to say the least.

5: The level showcase asked if it was rate worthy and honestly, it wasn't. But instead of giving advice on how to improve, they just say a rude "never". (The other comments were ok it was just these people.)

6: IT WAS A GOOD LAYOUT SHOWCASE WAT ARE YOU TALKIN ABOUT!?

I genuinely have no clue.

I think he fr could beat the sakupen end wave spam or ton 618 if he really tried.

I really liked this soundtrack from Creo so I wanted to make a layout with it. (Do yall think this has potential?)

And maybe change the useless to a muda.

Those pictures show literally the ONLY objects In the level, and it crashes because of them somehow. I don't know which object it is, but it can't be in the level for some reason.

I tried disabling all of my mods and it would still happen.

The only clue that I have for the cause of this is that it might have something to do with stretched objects near the start.

Please help me identify this. ☹️
