ivf has anyone quit before a transfer?

Doing donor eggs transfer with my husbands sperm. Did a month of lupron and two weeks of estrogent patches and when I put the intravag estrogen tabs in , I ended up in ER with an allergic reaction. Entire body was red and on fire. My lining wasn't thick enough with just estrogen patches hence why they put me on vag estrogen tablets. My doctor is now recommending I see an immunologist to get to the bottom of the allergic reaction. This is after what has seemed like 100 doctors between Christmas and July,, and 5 ultrasounds. It's like a part time job. Has anyone been like nah, I 'm done?

allergic reaction

doctor gave estradial intravag. to thicken uterine lining. on day 2 of the prescribed dose my entire body became flaming hot and my skin was red from face down to toes. I looked like I had been on fire. Has anyone had this happen with the intra vag pills????

freaking out

I have my first embryo from a donor egg, transfer planned next week. I am 44. I keep having anxiety about whether this is a horrible idea. The process has been daunting and long and I'm wondering if having a baby is even worth it. My mind is certainly playing tricks on me. Does anyone have an IVF donor egg baby in their arms or home? Do you love being a mom?

husband

Is/was anyone's husband incredibly withdrawn/emotinally distant during IVF? Husband used to cuddle/spoon me nightly and now he's on the other side of the bed. Is this a common behavior? He's supportive in the sense he checks in, asks how things are but physically he's been not as intimate. He seems like a stranger. Anyone else had this experience?
