Suche entspanntes PS Plus Extra-Spiel für Lernpausen

Hallo zusammen,

Vielen Dank! 😊

DJI Mimo update removed the option to export 30fps footage at 50fps?

In the past, you could easily export 360-degree footage shot at 30fps as a smooth 50fps video with great quality. Today I realized this feature was apparently disabled in a recent update. On my end, 30fps footage can now only be exported at 30fps.

Tested on an iPad Air and iPhone 14 Pro.

Man, come on DJI :( Really disappointing

HDR specs, but DJI Studio only shows SDR color space?

Hey everyone,

according to the product specs the DJI Osmo 360 supports HDR recording mode. However, when I open the footage in DJI Studio, the only color space option I see is SDR — no HDR option anywhere (see screenshot 1). The footage was recorded in 10 Bit (see screenshot 2).

Has anyone else run into this? A few things I'm wondering:

  • Is there a specific setting on the camera itself that needs to be enabled to actually capture in HDR?
  • Does HDR support depend on a particular resolution/frame rate combo?

Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! 🙏

DJI Studio (Win) - how to fade in and out

Hi, I guess I'm blind: I'm editing an Osmo 360 file in the DJI Studio (Win) app and I've already spent an hour searching for the option to simply fade in at the beginning (from black to scene, 1 sec) and fade out at the end (from scene to black, 2 sec). I can't find it!

Please help! Thanks in advance!

Motion Blur – The Never-Ending Story

Another episode in the saga of Motion Blur... DJI is seriously driving me crazy.

Today, I fired up the DJI Mimo app on my iPad Air (M1 chip) to edit an Osmo 360 video, only to discover that the Motion Blur feature is grayed out. The error message? "Feature not supported on this device."

What?! This worked perfectly fine in earlier versions!

Quickly grabbed my iPhone 14 Pro to test it out, and guess what? The feature is still there. And let’s be real—the iPhone’s processor is definitely weaker than the M1. So why is it working on the phone but not the tablet?

Seriously, DJI? I’m beyond disappointed and honestly just annoyed at this point.

To top it off:

  • Timelapse still won’t go above 8x.
  • The Pseudo-HDR option shows up in the quick-edit menu but is completely missing from the actual editor.
  • And while we’re at it… why are there TWO editors in the same app? Does anyone actually understand this?

Total frustration here. 😤

Dropped my Osmo 360 – Both lenses scratched. DJI quoted €259 for repair. Is this normal? Need advice!

(Crosspost from subreddit Osmo360)

Hey everyone, I need some advice or a reality check.

Yesterday, I unfortunately dropped my Osmo 360. Completely my fault. And to make things worse: No, I don’t have DJI Care Refresh (I know, I know... lesson learned).

The good news is that the camera still powers on perfectly and the touchscreen is 100% fine. The bad news: Both lenses are scratched.

I contacted DJI Support to ask for a rough estimate, and this is the response I just received:

——

If the lens is scratched or broken due to an accidental drop, it needs to be sent back to our authorized service center. We offer a fixed-price replacement plan: €159 for a single lens or €259 for both lenses. This fixed price includes all costs.

——

Honestly, I’m in shock. €259 just for scratched lenses feels like a total economic write-off for an action cam.

What confuses me the most: I've read several comments here on Reddit from people claiming they only paid around €25 to €35 per lens for a similar repair through DJI.

- Has anyone else received a quote this high recently?

- Are those €30 repair stories outdated, or is there a specific way to request just a basic lens replacement instead of this "fixed-price plan"?

- Does anyone have a link or a source to official/unofficial pricing that contradicts this?

I’m not sure how to reply to support right now. Any advice or experiences would be highly appreciated!

Thanks guys.

Hyperlapse/Video Speed-up & Motion Blur Dilemma: Why is DJI's software workflow so frustrating on Windows?

Hey everyone,

I really love my Osmo360, but I need to vent a bit about the current software ecosystem and limitation chaos when it comes to speeding up footage. I’ve been trying to find the best way to create clean, high-speed hyperlapses with proper motion blur, and the platform fragmentation is driving me crazy.

Here is my current summary of what’s possible depending on your device:

  • Windows (DJI Studio): You can speed up footage up to 64x, but you get no motion blur (unless you happen to have a very specific Nvidia card combo where it randomly works).
  • iOS (DJI Mimo): Supports Motion Blur, but maxes out at a 8x speed-up.
  • Mac: According to the docs, it supports up to 64x with Motion Blur (don't own a Mac to verify).
  • Android: No idea honestly.

The Dilemma: As a Windows user, I'm basically forced to choose between two bad options:

  1. Windows (DJI Studio): Option to speed up > 8x but lose that smooth, cinematic motion blur.
  2. iOS (DJI Mimo): Settle for max 8x speed to keep motion blur.

Current Workarounds:

  • The Double-Render Hell: Encode it first in DJI Studio to get the 360/stabilized file, then throw it into DaVinci Resolve to do another pass for speed and adding motion blur.
  • The Apple Tax: Just buy a Mac. No Thanks, DJI.

It’s 2026 and we still don’t have the official DJI DaVinci Resolve plugin for Windows. Why does Windows feel like a second-class citizen here when most heavy editing rigs run on it?

Are any of you Windows users facing the same issue? How are you tackling this without losing your mind or quality? Any hidden settings or third-party tools I missed?

Thanks for reading!

City tour: normal video mode or hyperlapse

Hi, I'm currently wondering whether, on a city trip, I should record a city tour in normal video mode (and speed it up later in the studio) or shoot it as a hyperlapse from the start. What are your thoughts/experiences?
Thanks!

Adaptive tone feature

Hi everyone, did you ever try the “new” adaptive tone feature of the Osmo360? What’s your opinion, is it an option to be turned on for day by day use or only for special lighting conditions? Thanks for your expert opinion! Have a nice evening!
