Fellblade Update (Color)

The fellblade is done enough to put on the table 👍. It's not finished. I want to add some colors to add some contrast. I'll add white to the lasers and blue to the areas the skulls are on. Sponsons will be finished with color and a few wires. Standard to be created. Possibly add a blade to the front. Still need to paint and glue on the bogey wheel guard plates. But it's ready to join it's brothers as fire magnets 🤣.

All are made of foam covered in card chassis. The rest is junk bits, straws, wire, stirring sticks, and whatever else was interesting and light.

I do love to scratch build👍.

These have been under construction (and the additional 3 Banblades) for the last 5 years. They don't get done very fast 😜. Especially the painting part as I don't paint well 🤣.

Fellblade

Fellblade almost finished. Still needs a few "gubbinz" added like cables for the side sponsons, smoke dispensers, lights and after painting, a few chains. Made with a foam core covered in cardboard.

This wasn't done in a week, or a month, or even a year. Deciding on what it should look like (the first time) takes a while to make the final decision😜

Indeed I've got 3 more mostly finished on the bench🤣

I spoke of my personal "Pile of Shame" of all the projects started in the past and completed enough to use for a proxy until I actually liked and used the figure enough to finish it to "Model" quality👍.

Got curious and broke out my Ork and Chaos starts (with quite a few finished ones).

This is 27 years of the part of the hobby I like most 😉.

And yes, they are being worked on to be finished before I die🤣🤣🤣

This doesn't include any tyranid models sculpted over the years👍

My "pile of shame" of started scratch built projects is comparable to people's armies that are either primered or not. 🥴

I have 4 Baneblades, all with changeable turrets and weapon load-outs to finish to priming stage. More detailing and completing the weapons.

The "Deffkopta" will be the third and was modeled from a trashed sentinel someone tossed👍😎

The weapons are not what will be used. They were for testing the pylons for magnetized weapons.
