Should this turn all the way flush?

Hi,

Ive recently installed a shower and wanted to double check something. I have an overhead shower and have noticed that when the water is set to hot, there is a slight pressure job from the overhead shower head, whereas when you turn the temperature cold again, the pressure goes back to full blast again.

Is this normal, and is this range of motion okay and got anything to do with the hot water pressure being a bit lower? I've attached photos of how the temperature valve looks at each extreme of the range of motion - I've been told at each extreme it should turn to be flush with the rest of the setup?

TIA!

Kitchen Cabinet - How can I fix this?

I had a kitchen installed a few years ago and this issue has existed since not long after installation. The door in the picture doesnt close on its own, instead catching on the bottom part of the cabinet and then with a bit more pressure it shuts. Ive tried to play with the hinge adjustments but over time Ive now hit the extreme end for those hinges.

From this angle, I can see that the upper part of the unit is not level and isnt fully joined to the adjacent vertical piece of wood (sorry I dont know the technical terms!)

What is the best way to fix this? Im hoping that getting the top part of the unit level will then mean the door will self close without catching on anything.
