Do they look ok?

Can you guys help me. I’ve posted here before so you may remember but my pgta biopsy samples were lost in the mail and so I am scrutinizing my embryos. I know they are all pretty good grades. But the pics are so grainy. Is that just the quality of the focus and microscope or is there something wrong with them? The day 6s also look farther away which makes the details harder to see. What is the perfect circle in the center of ID2 and the other not so perfect circle in the center of ID4? Do yall notice anything unusual or bad about these embryos? Are there any unique features that can tell me anything more vabout quality/euploidy? Thank you so

Hi again! My pgta biopsy samples were lost in the mail so I’m now over analyzing my embryos! And I’m just curious what embryologists think of my embryos as a whole? And which would you choose to transfer first and why?

Risks of re-biopsy

Can anyone tell me the real risk of re biopsy. I am in a unique situation where the lab lost my pgta samples in the mail and now I’m forced with the choice to rebiopsy or not. The research and stats are so mixed and I don’t know what to believe. Any help is very appreciated!

pgta biopsy samples lost in in the mail and terrified to rebiopsy

My main question is is it less risky to rebiopsy embryos like mine that got lost in mail than to rebiopsy embryos that originally came back no result, mosaic, chaotic etc bc these embryos may have been lower quality from the beginning? I was35.5 at the time of retrieval and we were very fortunate to get 15 very high quality embryos. We used zymot(despite not much mfi) and icsi. I am terrified of the rebiopsy leading to lower implantation potential I’ve read 20 percent less with twice biopsies twice frozen but I’m also terrified of miscarriage. Should I just rebiopsy a few? Is there any procedure that can be done or protocol that helps protect them from double biopsy double thaw. Also I should add that this batch came from my frozen eggs!

Abnormal fertilization

I very recently thawed my frozen eggs from 5 years ago and fertilized them with husbands sperm. Out of 27 eggs inseminated by ICSI 19 fertilized normally and 6 fertilized abnormally (no fertilization observed) so all 25 were kept in culture. We had a really good end result in blasts that I am extremely grateful and shocked by. But I’m still curious about what happened to those 6 during fertilization. None of the abnormally fertilized ones made it to blast. I’m just curious what would cause this in just 6, how rare is this? And what are the potential causes behind abnormal fertilization?

Lab lost my pgta sample in the mail

My sample was in a box with 6 other patients. I have found one of the other patients through Reddit and hoping to find others. If your pgta biopsy samples were recently lost in the mail please reach out to me. Ovation lab Austin Tx.
