Newegg sent the wrong item, then denied my return because the serial number "doesn't match the item ordered"

Hey everyone, looking for advice or just wanting to warn others about a complete logistical nightmare I’m dealing with right now. This whole experience was a disaster from day one. Before I even got a package, Newegg’s automated system kept glitching and canceling my orders for absolutely no reason. It got so bad that I literally had to call customer support so an agent could manually place the order for me. Even while I was on the line with the representative, the system still auto-canceled it right there and then. Eventually, an order finally went through, but that backend chaos clearly broke something. When the box finally arrived, it contained the completely incorrect item. I did the right thing: contacted support immediately, took photos of what arrived, and initiated a return to get what I actually paid for. Now, Newegg has officially denied my return and closed the case. Their reasoning? They claim the serial number of the physical item I sent back doesn’t match the serial number of the order they allegedly scanned at the fulfillment center. Well... obviously it doesn't match. That’s the entire reason I opened the return in the first place—because they sent me the wrong product!
To make it worse, during the runaround with customer support, an agent explicitly noted that the item I received and sent back actually matched a completely different customer's account and order number. This proves their warehouse completely swapped my shipping label with someone else's order, but their system is too rigid to recognize its own cross-linking mistake. I've officially exhausted their support. My final call summary literally states: "A return was denied because the serial number of the returned item did not match the one shipped. The return was escalated to the highest level, but no further action can be taken." Has anyone successfully fought this? I’m preparing to file a chargeback with my credit card company tomorrow since Newegg is refusing to fix their own warehouse error and is essentially forcing me to pay for an expensive item I never received.

How can I fix this flat fat tire e-bike

Hey everyone,
I’m currently stranded with a completely flat rear tire on a heavy, generic fat-tire e-bike (Kenda 20x4 or 26x4 tires with a rear hub motor). The tire bead has completely slipped off the rim and the rim tape is showing.
I’m a total beginner and have no idea what I'm doing. Looking at the heavy rear hub motor, the massive stiff tire, and all the wiring, it looks like an absolute nightmare to try and take the whole wheel off.
Is it possible to patch or replace the inner tube without completely removing the rear wheel and disconnecting the motor?
If I have to take the wheel off, what specific tools am I going to need for a budget hub-motor setup like this?
What is the easiest step-by-step way to wrestle this massive tire back onto the rim without pinching a new tube?
Any advice or hacks to make this less painful would be massively appreciated. Thanks!

Also does anyone know the brand of this e-bike
